Did Tony Stewart Kill Someone Tonight?

I'm seeing it on Twitter. On my phone and can't link. One of his fans says he ran over someone on a yellow and should be arrested for it.

Tony will say he "throttled" in order to miss the kid
I'm not a professional driver but hitting the throttle to miss somebody isn't something I would suggest to anybody.

Well were at 40 pages now arguing the same things over and over. I think I will wait till the qualified people release a report on what happened. I am sure the police have questioned Tony and people in the know in Wards camp. So far we don't know what we don't know. A crappy video from a fan in the seats doesn't give any of us expert witness of what happened.

The one thing that needs be looked at and we all can form an opinion on is this nonsense of walking into the middle of a track under caution or no caution like The man of steel. Then shake a fist and throw bones at a racer that wronged you. Make some severe punishments and weed out these hotheads.

Going back and watching the video, it looks to me like the fishtail happens after he's already hit him.

Who knows which car actually "throttled"? And yes cars get on it quite often on yellow flags, you hear motors revving up

The only time I can think of using that move for is to beat a train.

Precisely. And why there was some level of malice in that fish tail sending a message which shows some level of intention. It's not uncommon for drivers to get out of their cars while other cars are going around the track. But this dead spin video is very incriminating IMO based on the eye witness accounts and throttling fish tail. Both coincide for sure.

man, Kotter patented this routine. Alternatively you could say you were drunk posting.

How are we supposed to know what the post was supposed to mean when it doesn't make any sense? What exactly does he have no experience with?

When he fish tails his right rear tire hits him and sucks him in and it appears he gets caught on some part of the car for bit(30ft or so)

It is your fault.

But this was not a highway. They were driving 30MPH on a caution.

People don't usually run onto the highway so it can't be expected by whoever runs you over. Meanwhile, Tony has done it himself and has seen others do it. So it shouldn't be surprising to him at the lease.

And a guy driving down the highway has nowhere near the driving ability, knowledge of distance and maneuvering options, nor the awareness that a professional NASCAR driver has.

If the driver of the car saw you, and then accelerated, then yes, it can be partly his fault just like in this situation.

Once again, we're talking about a guy that drives 200MPH for a living, a guy who by trade has perfect vision and more awareness than every other guy driving there. Yet the other drivers didn't have that much trouble avoiding Ward. The other drivers didn't suddenly accelerate when they saw him on the track. Stewart was the only one that did that.

And BTW, have you read me saying that the guy who died isn't responsible at all for what happened to him? You keep acting like I'm putting 100% of the blame on Stewart. Both of them share it.
