Here at stately Bossa Nova manor.

We are making Bourbon Apple Butter & Apple Jelly with honey instead of sugar.

Gonna make cinnamon apples, cinnamon pears and pear honey.

Smells awesome in here!

We had a great crop of Apples. The tree that produced them has been through hell over the years. Everything from Beaver chew to storms. Always surprised that beat up tree even buds
