Chiefs Would SF want Alex Smith back?

Before Tigger and the Smiffs get offended... this isn't post isn't about Alex despite the topic.

If KC is going to move forward at the QB position with a 1st round pick... it is going to be difficult to do so from the #27 spot. Is this out of the world thinking or would it not be an equitable trade for both parties if we were to trade Smith back to the 49'ers and swap 1st round picks (they have the 2nd overall)?

SF addresses their needs at QB and still have a 1st round pick to spend on the DE they sorely need. We get a high 1st round pick to spend on the QBOTF and either let him sit behind Foles or just start him from day 1.
