Wow, DJ sounds good and the idea of Berry being back...this could be a pretty remarkable season on defense.

I thought the Branch signing was more of a placeholder for Berry |

Still questionable, of course, but a lineup of Fisher-Grubbs-Kush-Allen-Stephenson makes me feel a lot better than I did with Mcglynn and Linkenbach.

It makes me feel better that if one of these guys gets hurt or sucks then we have a backup who is at least decent and not off the ****ing street.

If he earns it that'll be perfect. The lineup they're starting with now doesn't sound bad assuming no injuries, but that's never a safe assumption. If, say, Stephenson goes down and they're truly going to trot out the best five guys then you'd likely be looking at a huge line shake up (I'm thinking they'd move Allen to RT and put Morse at RG). If Morse starts that'll leave Allen as the utility back up guy that can play any position on the line with minimal shake up. |

Good to see Stephenson at RT.
Competition at RG should be interesting...

Yeah, absolutely no way Berry plays this year.
Also, lol at Sanders Commings being back in the field. It's hard to remember the dude even exists at this point. Perhaps they should not let him practice while Jamaal is on the field. Those ankles are brittle. |

Well, no report of Commings hurting himself yet, which is a bit shocking.
