FF Football : who are you taking this year

For me I always have followed my method of drafting the same every year. I play in a 12 man league that has been on going for 6 years. Normal point format.

I always take THREE RB's in the first three rounds. I have won the chip twice in 6 years and made it to playoff every year but one.

This year the top three I'm looking at are....

Zeke The Freak - Round 1
Lamar Miller - Round 2
Justin Forrset - Round 3

(This is assuming I'm picking around number 7 in a snake draft format.)

Who are some sleepers you think I should look out for?

PPR league and I have the 8th pick.

The following players have been kept.

ODB
Deandre Hopkins
Jordy Nelson
Todd Gurley
David Johnson
Rob Gronkowski
Mike Evans
Donte Moncrief
Cam Newton
Derek Carr
Jameis Winston
Blake Bortles

Any thoughts on where I should go in the 1st? I'm thinking WR but I don't know who is going to be left by the 8th pick.

I have zero shot at Brown or Jones. Shit...I may not even have a shot at Bryant or Green at 8.

I pick Jamaal for the first time in forever, and he's not going to be ready for W1.

And some moron in my league took Ware in the single digit rounds.

Awesome.

I think it is time to rethink your drafting RBs the first three rounds strategy...

I love when someone comes on here loving what they did and everyone let's em know they suck.

We used to have a guy in our league who picked Matt Ryan with his 1st pick, regardless of where he drafted. One year the entire league encouraged him to rethink that. Literally we were trying to help him instead of taking his money. And each year he loved his team...

What's everyone thinking about Dez and Elliott now that Romo broke his dick again?

Are these guys no longer worth taking in the first few rounds? Does a backup QB increase Elliott's value?

If I had to guess....I would think that the first 6 picks are going to these players.

Antonio Brown
Julio Jones
Lamar Miller
Ezekiel Elliott
A.J. Green
Allen Robinson

The guy in front of me kept Derek Carr for a 16th round pick....so he could go Amari Cooper in the 1st....but who the **** knows.

Let's see what's wrong with your team.

Qb - Marcus M. - Young ascending QB. Still don't think he's an every week starter.
Rb1 - Adrian Peterson - He's going to see 8 in the box a ton now that Teddy is out.
Rb2 - Le'Veon Bell - Good RB...but health issues and he's out the first 3 games.
Wr - Larry Fitz - Father time is about to **** both him and Carson Palmer.
Wr - Alen Hurns - That offense in Jacksonville is going to come down to earth a little bit now that the defense is better.
Te - Jordan Reed - Health issues.
Flex - Thomas Rawls - Not bad for a flex....but he's going to be your RB2 for 3 games.
Def - Texans - should be a good DEF this year.
Kicker - McManis - Meh. Kickers are kickers.

12 Team league 100 dollar pay in. I picked 9th, and I think I killed it.

Bench:
Will Fuller - Drop issues and a rookie. No one knows how he'll do.
Kevin White - Hasn't done shit this preseason. No idea what he'll do with Gase gone.
Jared Cook - Meh. Yet to see how he's going to do with Rodgers. And you won't be starting if Reed remains healthy.
Justin Forsett - About to lose that backfield.
Steve Smith - Old as ****.
Spencer Ware - Pretty good pick for the early weeks....but he'll eventually become a flex option once Charles is back healthy....and only if his TDs stay where they are.

Rb1 - Adrian Peterson - He's going to see 8 in the box a ton now that Teddy is out. ( 2012 says hello, he is still going to have 1,000+ and 10 td's)
Rb2 - Le'Veon Bell - Good RB...but health issues and he's out the first 3 games. ( This is the risky pick Round 2)
Wr - Larry Fitz - Father time is about to **** both him and Carson Palmer. ( We will see)
Wr - Alen Hurns - That offense in Jacksonville is going to come down to earth a little bit now that the defense is better. (Fine, but again picked later, WR's are a dime a dozen for me)
Te - Jordan Reed - Health issues. (Crosses fingers, was great last year)
Flex - Thomas Rawls - Not bad for a flex....but he's going to be your RB2 for 3 games. (Thats fine, hes lead back in SEA)
Def - Texans - should be a good DEF this year.
Kicker - McManis - Meh. Kickers are kickers.

Your fantasy football team is banking on Mariota or Alex Smith. You've already lost.

Here's the problem with having all of those WRs and none of them being studs. You're going to be guessing from week to week who is going to blow up or who isn't. You'll always get it wrong and you'll end up ****ing yourself because you have too many to choose from.
