SOCKS SUCK and today's other worthless quality clothing items
It seems that no matter how much I spend or where I buy them, I can't find any dress socks that don't fall apart quickly. In many cases they will develop small holes in less than 90 days. Even Dockers. I just bought a five pack and one of the socks already has a small hole in less than a month. WTF?

Same goes for the quality of underwear, shoes an sneakers, polo and T shirts.

I'm not cheap by any means but what the hell is with this piss poor quality of clothing today?

Am I to expect most of my clothes to be disposable items?

Hanes mens briefs have been the only thing I bought that hold up great. Fruit of the Loom briefs suck, they get all out of shape, develop small holes, and the rubber band in legs gets all screwed up.

I have a few golf polo shirts and sweaters from 20 years ago still going strong but the most recent things I've purchased in the last 5-7 years fall apart like tissue paper.

Is it just me?

Attn OP - Nautica make a nice, durable yet comfortable dress sock, try them out. But yes socks have about a 3 yr shelf-life if you wear them more than a little.
