Pretty serious charge there which had absolutely no truth to it.

There are no damages. The result of the lawsuit would be, at best, a stern scolding from the judge and a symbolic $1 judgment. KU's reputation has not been harmed by this whole story. No one will even remember it in a month.

I’m a KU fan. It was creative and funny. Why they wouldn’t have saved that for when KU was in Manhattan is the only mystery.

It would have been in poor taste considering that the KU band always performs at halftime in Manhattan, and the KState band does the same in Lawrence(at least when I've been there)

It would have whipped the 5 fans left in the bleachers into a frenzy.

I have a feeling we'll see a very classy performance by the KSU band in Lawrence this year.

Maybe some hand holding or something.

Maybe they'll do a reenactment of the Kim Davis "Free at last" video. Complete with the overalls and straw hat.

This is from the ESPN Bottom 10...

4. Kansas (0-1)

If you haven't seen how Kansas iced its loss to (gulp) South Dakota State, the video has run rampant over the Internet, much like the football ran rampant over KU's cleats as the Jayhawks tried to spike the ball to stop the clock. If you're a Kansas fan, it's hard to swallow. Like a Jayhawk trying to eat a starship.

2-0. Sloppy first half, but dominated the 2nd half. Onward to Louisiana Tech.
