Whoppers: Yay or nay?

I mean the candy. The original malted milk balls, not the fast food burger.

A lot of people I know rave about them, and I just don't get it. Who wants to eat crunchy chocolate that leaves a sugary puke-flavored aftertaste? Count me in the "nays."

Poll forthcoming.

First person I ever knew to have DOTs even on their radar. As kids we would toss those in the trash after a night of trick or treating. Me and my friends figured anyone who handed them out had to be bat shit crazy.

We're still talking about candy, right?

This is absurd, you're a very ungrateful individual. I would love to dig in your trash can.

I ate the shit out of them when I was a kid, but don't like them now. Not sure if they changed them, or I ate some actual good shit and my palette evolved.

On a similar note, does everyone agree that the pink Starburst blows away all of the other flavors?

The others are good, but the pink ones are some sort of Roswell recipe.

I would like Dots more if they had a more interesting flavor profile. I wouldn't call them bland, but they're not exactly irresistible.

Perhaps if they were a bit on the sour side to highlight the individual fruit flavors, I'd put them in my top 10
