That picture shows the chiefs rushing 6 defensive players. Houston/Hali from the edge. TJ, Poe, devito in the interior, and DJ blitzing. The chiefs cant regularly rush that many players because it exposes the coverage.

OldSchool is advocating a 2 down lineman defense with Houston and Hali rushing. They tend not to lineup as a traditional 4 down lineman. In that case, other than DJ, the chiefs would send the remaining 6 players into coverage with dbs.

Whoever is paired up with Poe as the only other down lineman would be responsible for alot of space and gaps.

I didnt realize that physicians are supposed to be experts in everything. I'll give you a little insight, we dont even know everything about that particular subject (medicine). that's why its called a "practice of medicine" or "medical practice."

Wrong.

No shit. It's a ****ing 46 with Berry replacing the Hali.

He isn't advocating anything. That's our basic "sub" alignment (2-3-6). Jesus, do you watch the ****ing games? Additionally, the last sentence is so pathetically ignorant, I don't know how to respond.

A doctor who thinks "alot" is a word and doesn't understand football. ****ing fantastic. In addition, if you think Poe and the other down lineman are the only ones responsible for gaps, you need to get a copy of Gap Integrity for Mongoloids: The Extremely Simple Edition.

Well, that's incredibly insightful. Since you aren't even remotely knowledgeable about this subject, you should probably shut the **** up and prevent others from having to read your insane drivel.

****, there is a ridiculous amount of stupidity on this board lately.

I know that. Others have made it clear that he is advocating a hybrid 3-4/4-3.

Having a lack of words is really going to make it difficult for you to get your point across on a message board.

Since this individual has a lack of words, can someone else enlighten me on what is ignorant about it? here is my statement below:

Quote:
They tend not to lineup as a traditional 4 down lineman. In that case, other than DJ, the chiefs would send the remaining 6 players into coverage with dbs.
Houston + Hali + Poe + DJ + down lineman = 5 players
11 defensive players on the field - 5 players mentioned = 6 remaining players.

Chiefs tend not to use other linebackers or lineman, which would only leave defensive backs (corners, safties). Seems pretty accurate to me.

A lot. is that easier for you to understand?
That is a propoganda technique called, "nitpicking or splitting hairs"

I dont have all the answers. I am here to learn. That is the benefit of a messageboard, to share ideas and gain understanding.

when did I say that? this is a propoganda technique (or debating technique) called "putting words in others mouths", or "misleading inferences."
This can also be thought of "misrepresenting my position."

I disagree with your opinion. This is a propoganda technique called, "Ad hominen, or condescension"
