My Engagement just got broken off but the Royals are 6-0!
So apparently its been building with her for a long time, but the final straw was that I wanted to watch the game today instead of going with her to some BBQ at one of her friends' house that I cant stand. Last night making her watch the game with me instead of our usual Sat night of watching movies might have had something to do with it as well.

No more than an hour after the game ended she came over and gave me her ring back and said "I cant do this anymore". I just stood there dumbfounded as I watched her walk to her car. Im sure its not just the baseball games, we've been fighting a lot the last few months about stupid shit but I guess this finally sent her over the edge.

I'm sure I'll be hurt by this tomorrow, but until then go Royals!

I have to think there's more to this story than a girl dumping a guy because he watched the Royals 2 days in a row. I'm not doubting MTG#10. I'm sure from his perspective it happened exactly as he said.

I'm saying this girl was looking to dump him. Today's event was simply the excuse for her to do what she's planning to do for some time.
