Missouri Valley Conference Basketball - Missouri St. making a nice run.
In before "who gives a shit"
As a fair weather Bears fan it was pretty fun flipping through the channels a while ago and seeing their huge win at UNI. What a clutch shots. With another win at the Shockers house and a big game with Indiana St. coming up...they are 6-0 in the conference. Could this be the year the bears get in the tourney? (14-3, 6-0 MVC) |

Go Bears.
I used to live 2 blocks from the HSC, right after the Spoon era. Good times. |

I was running an entertainment and sports magazine during the Spoonhower era. Got to sit courtside, interview Spoon several times, watch private practices.

Next B12 team. The name change for a reason. Who's next, to fill the 12? Creighton?

No. I'm serious. MSU would be a good candidate for inclusion. Creighton, too, for proximity.

So far as other proximic teams, I would like for WSU to consider joining the fold, too. How would you like to see Arkansas in the Big 12? It's wide open, unless TX cuts this conference off. Parallel to the joke: Q: "Why are turds tapered?" A: "So your asshole doesn't slam shut!"
