Anybody catch the video of Pioli using F-bombs while talking to Schiano

You can definitely make out a couple. At one point it looks like he says "mother ****ing cock sucker" and then something like "all the ****ing power".

He swung by Pioli's nuts from 2009-2011, or at least until I left.

Oh he eventually comes around, once the position is painfully obvious.

I just can't think of a time he was proactively correct with regards to anything. He mostly just says stuff like "He just needs more time!!!" until the entire western world has given up on whoever it was he was defending.

I'm consistent about giving everyone a chance to improve until they prove they can't get any better. I hate judging coaches or GMs before they have fair opportunity to build their system. I hate judging QBs until they proved they can't be coached up. But once the grace period is over, I don't waver just because the team had a few nice games.

Because I also don't overreact. I told everyone we'd miss Haley's discipline when everyone wanted to skewer him. I told everyone we were pinning way too much blame on Herm, when in fact he was making very good personnel choices. And I can guarantee you I'll be patient with a draft pick QB whereas many will call him a bust because he struggles in his first few starts.

You're the weatherman that sticks his head out the window and lets everyone know that it's raining.

I guess there's some value in having another number in the crowd.

I don't think giving a GM 2 years and a QB a year to establish themselves is unreasonable. Nor do I see you calling out posters on this board who consistently overreact and call a player a bust because they struggled in their first game. We all make mistakes. I always own up to mine. Always.

I still believe that it wasn't personnel, but ego that ruined Pioli. As I've said before, I believe this is a very good team if they had a real QB and a solid head coach. We don't have either of those things purely because of our GM's ego. I still believe that if he stuck with Haley and drafted a first day QB in 2010, 2011, hell even 2012, this would be a very good football team.

Wow Pioli looks so shady in that video, he looks VERY frustrated, mad and sketchy. This guy is an evil mother ****er behind closed doors and he got caught red handed.

Has anyone priced a rail yet? So we can go to Pioli's office, tie him to it, then carry him out of town on it?
