Fry bacon in pan.
Cut brussel sprouts in half. Put flat side up on foiled baking tray. Pour bacon grease on top of each half. Bake. Add crumbled bacon to the top of each piece. |

thats pretty close to what I do, then I drizzle the maple syrup on them. The sweet, salty, and savory are killer. Best part is, you can fart on demand for several hours after.
