How do you do 'em? Beef, chicken, pork, fish? How do you season the protein? What kind of toppings? Crunchy or soft shells? Is there a difference between a soft taco and a small burrito?

It gets soggy on bottom and when you go to pick up it has a blowout and your left with two shell sides and ingredients laying on plate. Im sure FMB will be by appalled that someone doesn't like what he likes to reprimand shortly.

I agree, the table spread works best and only do one or two at a time.

Well that's an idea sure but that's not how I do it or and Mexican restaurant does it. I'll just by taco bell shells or Ortega problem solved.

If you like the seeds and moisture (and some do) - then stick w/ that - but yeah make less at a time. I like more flesh than water and seeds in my tomato - I would do a Ugly Ripe or a Beefsteak type.
