I'll check it out. Manhattan is a WGN show and I have really enjoyed it.

Reminds me of SoA, before it went all soap opera. Will check it out. I like counterculture stories, but they tend to feel mainstream the longer they go on. Hopefully this show doesn't do that, as I really like the premise.

I freaking loved SoA until Jema seemed to sabatoge some shit in EVERY SINGLE episode. it got so predictable.

The Outsiders is a very good movie set in Tulsa, OK. I think I'll pass on this TV show, it doesn't look as good as the SE Hinton inspired movie.
Pony Boy FTW

Glad to see that they found work for the Dog the Bounty Hunter and Alaskan Bush People casts.

Agreed! The Outsiders tv show however was not very good. The guy who played Ponyboy on tv is Stan from Mad Men!

2 Episodes in and I still will watch it. That is a good sign. I like some of the characters already and even hate a couple which is also a good sign. Entertaining show so far.
