Three 9-4 teams in the Solar East. This one's going down to the wire.

Some days, I want to go full Haley on my receivers.

This was one of them.

I was laughing the entire time I read this one. Brady finally played like Brady. 28/32, 303 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs 0 sacks.

The thing that hurts the most (aside from the humiliation and playoff hit) is that I looked at your roster and it must be 30 percent Broncos.

This is a high-drama week for my three teams. They all need a win, and Seattle and Provo are particularly desperate.

If I can somehow hold these next two teams to less then 24 points combined my defense is on the level of the 2000 Ravens. I doubt it happens but that would be awesome.

So Anchorage laid a big fat egg. Peyton Manning got sacked 10 times, six by Paul Kruger, whoever he is, and put up 140 yards of total offense. Plus, our defense got pushed all over the field and gave up 200 yards rushing.

We get Lesean McCoy back next week, but it may be too late. We need to sweep against two tough teams and hope for some help. We can still do it, but it'll be tough.

With the belated return of Roethlisberger, Provo managed to eke out a win and remain mathematically alive, but it's going to take a lot of things falling into the right place to make the playoffs. It was a nailbiter of a win, though.

Seattle is eliminated in yet another headscratching loss. Somehow Doug Martin and Arrion Foster have combined for a disastrous running game this year, and they stop drive after drive with losses and clouds of dust.

Big win for Sioux Falls. Jay played a nearly flawless game and, facing the #32 run defense, we had a nice running game for once.

With hapless Lexington on this week's schedule, it looks like the Swagger have a playoff spot locked up. Big improvement from this team this year!

This offseason we'll look to improve our OL. Running game has to get better.

3 sacks is all Rancho needs to break the sack record in a season.
