I had baked spaghetti for the first time this week, and holy chefboyardee. How did I not know about this? I don't even really know what it is, but I want it forever.

I haven't discovered a great new food in ages. I'm ecstatic.

Take a slice of baked spaghetti and put it on a garlic bread roll. Baked spaghetti sandwich = heaven.

Yea that’s basically what we make. Good stuff. We use cottage cheese in our lasagna instead of ricotta. I hate ricotta!
