Haven't been able to locate a thread on this series even using the search function. It's fantastic and it's back tonight.

It's about spies for General George Washington during our War for Independence. From what I looked up it is based on true characters and events but I am sure parts fiction to dramatize it to a great tv series.

I watched part of the first season and REALLY wanted to like it. But I just didn't. The main character in particular is kind of off putting to me.

Well, I love it! So does my so. But I love anything about Washington and that era, especially when it shows ordinary people, and not so ordinary, and their situations during that war. It sounds so noble and cool in history books, but there was strife in the colonialists lives from it.

Anyhow, this first episode wasn't that good. I thought that of the first Better Call Saul and it got better.

I know this isn't one of the popular threads here but this past episode was excellent
This past Monday's episode was the best of this season. Action got really tense and I think Andre is about to be caught and hung as a spy, when the British won't trade him for Benedict Arnold. Abraham Woodhull 's name given as the real Culper.

Also Hamilton introduced.
