Opinions range all over the place on this issue, and rather than clutter up threads with my staunch disagreement with some folks, I figured a poll on this issue would be the best way to figure out the overall pulse.

If you think he'd net us something that's not listed on here (like 2 2nd round picks or something like that) then do your best to estimate what that approximate value would be.

That is why Alex11 will not be MVP, He has great numbers but those who are savy can read between the lines and see that those numbers are flawed..

I especially like the 'excluding deflected passes' stipulation. Let's also exclude screen passes, and add would-be touchdowns when penalties aren't called, while we are at it.

Anyone who blames the quarterback who is leading the league i or in the top 3 in just about every category, while the defense is giving up ridiculous yards and points is just too dumb to see past their own hate. And I don't want to hear about the last 2 drives. We had the lead and needed to run the ball to kill clock. The running game failed, not the quarterback.

I don't see anyone saying he is completely responsible. I do see intelligent people who can see past the stats to the real story. Alex had 2 4th quarter drives where he had a chance to put the game away. He failed to do so. The defense is the primary culprit, but a winning quarterback finds a way to win.

And again, his regular season stats won't mean shit if he shits the bed again in the playoffs.

When the defender should have caught it the receiver should get all the credit but the way the NFL scores it..... Notch on the bedpost

I think Brady did one of those for a TD too. ****ing QB padding their resumes....

He has had the leading rusher in the NFL held to 60 yards of rushing, he is credited with 3 TD's when he earned 2. Effectively he didn't score any TD's and only set up 1 field goal in the 2nd half. Yeah, Sure Alex11 had value 2 weeks ago, but now, I don't think so. He's like a contract for deed house, you would have to be desperate to sign the contract knowing that all the risk is on you at $20M a year.

No Alex11 failed. He didn't score a TD in the 3rd and the 4th quarters. (Wilson did!) ALEX11 either had a blocked or intersected pass, not a TD. Credit where it's due!

We should have scored a TD during the 15 minutes between that "gift TD" in the 3rd and Oakland's FG in the late in the 4th to make it a 2 possession game. You do understand that we scored 0 points in the 4th quarter and that all we needed to secure a win was a FG?

But NO, (think Steve Martin) we failed to put a ****ing point on the board during the 4th quarter. We did get 3 earned points in the 3rd. but we needed a ****ing TD than to put it out of reach.

The only real offensive points we earned in 30 minutes was 3 points late in the 3rd. by Buttkicker.com. Thank the football gods that he came our way. Can't wait to see him kick the long ones when Alex 11 continues his 45 yard and out game he started playing.,

We got ourselves into what became a cluster**** because we didn't score points. When we realized the game was at risk of being lost we withdrew into our shells, put our heads in the sand, pulled the blankets over our head (or whatever to want to relate it to) I say stuck our head up our ass!!!! It looked as if Reid decided that clock management was the right way (and that's OK) and yet we failed at that. We go 10 plays for 45 yards and fail to get into FG range. Alex11's fault? YES!!!!

We failed to put a single point on the board during the last 16 minutes of play (Top Ranked QB in the NFL and he goes 30 minutes and has 1 field to show for it) Alex11 failed to get us within FG range in the 4th quarter so we could get the foot of Buttkicker.com on the ****ing ball and put the game out of reach. In reality putting it away would have required a TD but it turned out that we only needed 3 points out of our NFL superstar MVP ****ing QB.

There you have it. If there 's that ****ing wird again.... we would have never seen the most ****ed up 2:11 of football in our ****ing lives.

Denver and Dallas are

at us for losing to the Raiders as they can see what really happened. In the meantime some of you idiots are calling for a blowout on Monday night?

It's simple math. We can get a top shelf LB or CB draft pick for Smith. We trade Smith, cut DJ and Hali we have $25 million+ in cap space to spend on another stud defensive player or two in FA.

By all accounts, Mahomes is progressing great and should be prime time ready by next year. The math = win/win.

Good to see others awake. I am depressed because Alex is still our QB. Mahomes would get me, the knowledgable fans and the NFL excited about the Chiefs. Until then...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
