Just make sure you're at least 3 RBs deep going into any playoff game, and Knile Davis can stay on your roster.

It's when you feed him the rock that you get into trouble

Fair enough. Maybe that was his death knell.

I bet he's PS eligible, though. Chiefs should invest.

Time for Reaves to move on to another team where they can give him a real chance to contribute. All he's doing in KC is trying out for other teams.

we have 2 good young rbs in west/ware....davis has a skill we need: returning kicks for tds

getting that from your #4 rb is valuable

reaves is expendable, especially compared to possible cuts at other positions

My text with a Packers die-hard:

Quote:
Direckshun: Why did you guys cut Sitton?
friend: $
Direckshun: He's still good?
friend: All Pro last 2 yrs
friend: His contract is 6.5 mil, pack are getting younger and he wasn't crucial to the team last year. Itll hurt our depth chart but i think they'll be ok

Reaves is absolutely a better running back than Davis.

I imagine he could return punts or maybe even kicks if they gave him a chance.

Sitton also has chronic back problems. I just hope it isn't a Ben Grubbs situation if we were to bring him aboard.

We don't exactly have cap room for Sitton.

If he's still got game in his tank, he's not for our roster. He'll command bank (by guard standards). Ehringer is cheaper of course, and the staff apparently adores him.

I'd bet they're holding out hope on trading Davis. Once they see who is out on the waiver wire....Davis is first in line to get cut.

Hell no. He is way to slow and has zero wiggle to his game.

*PSST*

Direckshun, his name is Ehinger. Without the R. Supposedly pronounced Ein-ger. The H is silent.
