This is what happened with Revan and the Jedi Exile if you want to know, it's part of the storyline leading into The Old Republic (all of it's detailed in a novel called Revan).

Spoiler!

Revan finds the Emperor and is captured. Meetra Surik (aka the Jedi Exile) follows him into the unknown regions, helps him escape with the aid of a Sith named Lord Scourge. Scourge has a vision that shows the Emperor defeating them both. They attack the Emperor, Scourge kills the Exile and helps the Emperor recapture Revan, who is then tortured for 300 years leading into the time of The Old Republic. Scourge is rewarded with extended life, and bides his time waiting for another Jedi he saw in a vision. And that point onward is the Jedi Knight story in The Old Republic.

So...basically...The Exile finds him and dies, he ends up a prisoner for centuries.

Oh, and T3-M7 dies, too. The Emperor completely destroys him with Force Lightning. So if you liked that little droid, well, sad day for you.

Well, that's depressing. I kept hoping they'd do a third with Revan as the main character. Instead they did this MMO shit which I'll never play.

No, I felt lucky getting my guild to do Taral V a couple weeks back. I do know everything that happens, though. That one's been a controversial thing since long before the game came out.
