Adolphus Washington, Ohio State
Long player with good thickness throughout, good bubble. Washington shows excellent quickness at the snap, immediately eating up valuable space against offensive lineman. Displays a developed swim move and solid bull rush right away. Can make himself skinny and slide into lanes. Very disruptive player, allowing his teammates to feed off of him collapsing the pocket. Outstanding burst and closing speed to the ball-carrier. Takes good angles in pursuit. Will need to learn to use his hands better and needs to develop better play recognition. First round caliber talent that may fall due to insane depth along defensive line in this draft coupled with his recent arrest for soliciting a prostitute.

The more I think about it considering Dorsey's past drafting tendencies (pending free agency plus production plus potential), I'm thinking that out first round pick is going to be Austin Johnson of Penn State. Dude is absolutely proto for what Dorsey wants in that position and you've got both Howard and DeVito as UFA and Dontari Poe coming up with a potential monster contract.
The 2016 Chiefs draft has all the hallmarks of the Fisher and Ford picks and it looks like Johnson fits. |

He's basically the same height and weight but has longer arms and bigger hands. Very hard worker that Daniel Jeremiah just put in his first round mock. |

For NT, I like Vernon Butler. I think he's a really good space eater, strong, and has a quick burst off the line. He's also great in run containment. He's a small school guy and with the depth of DTs in the upcoming draft, he could possibly be there in the 2nd round for us. I'd go DE in the first round and take Butler in the 2nd round.

6'3", 310 lb. That's your dude. Another 20 lbs. are a plus, but without losing the athleticism. Nick Williams, Rakeem Nunez-Roches, Jaye Howard are all the same dude. And they have to worry about Poe in FA next season. Butler and Johnson are text book in terms of measurables and athleticism. Both fit extremely well into the Decision Lens matrix that Dorsey uses/ |

Willie Henry fits as well. 6'3" 310 with a frame to add weight. He apparently has long arms and Big hands.

Finally got around to watching that Butler vs. KSU/Rice video, and I gotta say I was wrong about Jones being better than him.
For some odd reason Butler looks even better against top competition. That pass deflection and spin move to get the ball carrier were fantastic examples of his freakish athleticism. Good find RunKC! |

Dang just came to this thread to bring up Butler. Didn't hear much about him up until today, and I came away very impressed. Nfl.com compares him to Mo Wilk

Does Chris Jones have some skeletons in his closet?
@croominator228-@nfldraftscout What were the so called off the field issues with Chris jones? Never heard of anything going on with him at MSU Reply is... @nflsraftscout-@croominator228 That's not something I'm going to get into on Twitter. Teams have given me info that says he'll drop based on off-field |

Consider me a fan of Javon Hargrave. The guy is 6'1" 309 lbs and is athletic as hell. 4.94 40.
Also has good stats in the SEC |
