Most Unlikable Baseball Player Tournament - Round 1, Heat 3

Please vote for the two players you dislike the most in each heat. Feel free to give reasons (words, pictures, videos, etc.) why this player is unlikable, as it may not always be immediately evident and you may persuade others to join in your disdain of douchey players. Four players from the nomination poll will be chosen randomly for each heat, and the top two will go to round two.

HEAT 3:

Aaron Sanchez (Blue Jays)


Unlikable Traits:
- Intentionally threw at Alcides Escobar last year. After missing him on the first attempt (LOL), he hit him with the next pitch. KC Connection will be along shortly to hijack the thread and explain how this was somehow Edinson Volquez's or Yordano Ventura's fault, and Jose Bautista is innocent. Innocent, I tell you!

Jason Heyward (Braves, Cardinals, Cubs)


Unlikable traits:
- I'm not really sure. I guess Cardinals fans don't like him because he signed with the Cubs? Maybe someone can help explain more here.

Troy Tulowitzki (Rockies, Blue Jays)


Unlikable traits:
- Instigated a brawl in the ALDS last year after the Rangers' pitcher slapped him on the butt and he took offense. KC Connection will be along shortly to explain how this was Rafael Palmeiro's fault, cause he took steroids.
- Is named "Troy Tulowitzki."
- Has used Miley Cyrus for walk-up music.
- Plays for the Toronto Blue Jays.
- KC Connection probably likes him.

Brian Dozier (Twins)


Unlikable traits:
- After splitting a 4-game series with the Royals in 2015, Dozier claimed, "We outhit them, we outpitched them. I believe they know we probably should have taken all four from them."

Volquez didn't miss his spot. He knew what he was doing.

Hendriks might not have either. You're talking about a guy who hit 2 batters and only walked 11 guys all of last year, coming inside on a LH hitter.

And even if it wasn't intentional, most teams will retaliate in that situation. You can sit and argue otherwise until you're blue in the face, but it's still not true. A guy gets HBP and taken out, there's usually retaliation.

I think the most unlikable thing about Heyward is that he's been over-rated his entire career, IMO. But that's not really his fault. But he is easily one of the most over-rated players in MLB.
