I would advise also not throwing at him before throwing those meatballs. It seems to piss him off.

If only the actual video evidence fit that description of events at all. He took the punch and tried to go back at him before being grabbed and pulled away by Beltre. He probably would have gotten another shot for his troubles had Beltre not done that, but it's clear what happened there.
