Geno Smith vs Alex Smith - It's on.

It's on now. Geno Smith is probably going to be starting for the Jets this season.

Alex Smith will be the Chiefs QB for the forseeable future. If he's a success, we'll probably get five good years out of him.

So who's gonna win more NFL games over that time period?

Put your ten pounders on the table and make a vote

Alex: 11 wins
Geno: 8 wins

I've seen plenty of Cam Newton. He's a very talented football player.

Who has yet to put together a winning season.

Yeah, that's all his fault, too.

So Alice is good because of W's not yards, but Cam is good because of yards and not W's? This is confusing.

JFC. If you don't the difference between Newton and Smith, you should just off yourself.

No one cares about Bradford because he himself sucks.

Bradford is coming into his own.

I expect a big jump from him this year.

Rams are a sleeper team.

Of course I do. The point being that people that brush off Alice's lack of yardage totals(because he wins) are idiots. Good QB's end up putting up big numbers. Cam is a good QB than can be great. Alice, not so much.

His 3rd year wasn't much better than his rookie year. The team around him is getting better with a better HC. He's in the same ballpark as Alex Smith, imo.

The Rams were reeruned as hell to not deal Bradford to the Browns and get RG3.

Nah. When a defense and STs is as good as ours... when our pass weapons are lacking... when our offense is a slowly evolving entity... you play efficient, field position football.

BigPuss... still as clueless as ever.

Yes, 8 years would qualify as a "slowly evolving entity" I suppose.

Well shit,

Too bad Bray and Wilson werent black.
Then everyone could just cry racism when someone called them immature poor leaders.

Just think some wanted Geno at 1.1
Yes. I wanted him at 1.1 to sit behind Alex Smith for at least a year. But I was told #1 picks had to start right away.

Good thing we got an immediate starter, then! We had to manufacture the hole in the roster by cutting the veteran who was here on a long term contract to do it, and we also have to coddle him and put up with his rookie bullshit and "learning process" that shouldn't accompany a #1 pick at his position, all for a ****ing RT instead of a potential franchise QB.

But we got our immediate starter! Hip ****in' hooray.
