Since the mrs is disabled I now do the grocery shopping and yes I'm usually there once a week.Being an avid ad watcher I have noticed though that if one doesn't mind going to the other grocers that many products are cheaper elsewhere.

I try not to unless I need something right now. We drive 18 miles for groceries to avoid them and I'll try to find what I need through a local store. The one exception is that I get most of my meds though them. They are normally a lot cheaper than other places, meaning they cut into big pharma's profit margin. There's a lot of satisfaction in knowing that I did my small part in keeping Pfizer's CEO from getting the gold faucets on his new yacht.
