Not to mention 2 drops on great throws. Those 2 drops are the difference between 55% and 63%. He didn't have 50+ attempts today to help dilute the impact of those drops.

Kelce is supposedly the best tight end in the league. Drops are not acceptable for him. Watkins is getting paid an insane $16m per year. Drops are especially not acceptable for him at that salary.

It was crazy seeing the difference between Mahomes and Alex gameplan/execution.

I do not remember seeing one WR screen today. I don’t think we threw any screens did we?!

Alex had high completion percentages bc he threw those screens and checkedowns.

I didn’t see Mahomes do that at all today.

Right now there is a video package on NFL.com titled "Every Patrick Mahomes deep pass."

I've never seen them only package up deep throws.

Also, something weird I noticed was on the hail mary at the end of the half. Mahomes appears to try to laser the ball to Kelce instead of lobbing it into the endzone. It was almost intercepted, but it's like... He just thinks differently because of that arm. He just rifles the ball 45 yards on a rope thinking he can get it in a window.

I just hope he doesn't throw out his back hauling those giant balls around.
