Excel Help
I have an Excel question. I need to run consecutive numbering starting at L001001. The hard part is I need the sheet to show 4 sets of each number. 2500 sets 10,000 total entries
L1001001
L1001001
L1001001
L1001001
L1001002
L1001002
L1001002
L1001002...etc

Is there a formula that will accomplish this?

I love Excel. I don't do a ton of complex stuff with, but one of the most useful things I've done recently: We were trying to build out three fairly large raised garden/flower beds. After a couple times of doing everything by hand, did a little quick Excel work that would take my desired width, length, and depth of the beds and calculate volume, number of 16-foot boards I'd need, number of bags of dirt I'd need, and how many stones I'd need, then price it all out, add tax and shipping, and done. So I could easily compare 3x10x1 beds vs. 4x10x.5 or whatever. Came in very handy.
