Even though my Kings are out, I love watching the playoffs and wish the best to all of you with your teams.

Yeah, the speed is incredible if you're in the lower bowl, and there's a lot of off-camera action... and the playoffs would be nuts.

The Preds make the greatest effort to appease those that don't understand hockey. A non stop entertainment experience with live bands, ice girls, 13 yr old girl music pumping all the time (Katy Perry), etc...
The arena's right downtown. It's a fun experience but please don't mistake that with Nashville having a large group of people who understand hockey or how to support their team.

I guess it's all in how you'd define great. I'd suppose historic ticket sales during "bad" seasons might be fair.

How was that not a routine play? Player didn't leave his feat, didn't seek out Cindy, and Cindy was already collapsing and falling down before the "face crosscheck". Cindy just has a concussion history and couldn't take the inadvertent hits when he was driving the net, which is one of the reasons he shouldn't be driving the net.

The penguins are a pure finesse team. They'd get crushed by the capitals if they tried to play like the ****ing Flyers. And I'd love to see one of their "speedy" defensemen "crosscheck" Ovetchkin. The Russian bear would probably put the guy into hospital clothes.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the whiney, weak ass, over hyped penguins with their bandwagon fans bitch and moan about how unfair hockey is at this point.

**** the Pens, but I hate a league without Crosby. While I DON'T think the shot he took was meant to be anything more than a shot to the shoulder (like the millions we've seen put on net lurkers), it's still up to the player to make sure the head isn't hit. So the GM was totally appropriate, even if it was unintentional.

Now later on when the scuffle happened on the boards, when Kunitz came in chopping wood with his stick, THAT'S ****ed up and he should sit the rest of the series. But that's JMO..
