Better question is for how many years can they remain on top?

Looking at point totals and differentials, the Chiefs have score 25 more points than the Rams, who are racking them up as well.

This offense thru 7 games is just a juggernaut.

I listen to the Middlekauf and Haberman podcast pretty regularly and Middlekauf brought up (before Simmons btw) that this offense has a Warriors type feel. LIke when they get rolling, it just doesn't matter what you do defensively. Like that "were gonna go put up 35, you gotta figure out how to beat that".

That Bronco game earlier in the year is about the best you can do where you just have to maul the OL.

Yeah, and I said it after the game.

The refs really let the DB's and WR's battle in that game. A lot of defensive holding on both sides was overlooked. It was officiated like some kind of throwback game.

That's an unusual tone for the officials to set, and it probably won't happen in the rematch. If you can't physically rough up KC's pass catchers, you have no chance at all.

The Chiefs almost inarguably have 4 of the best 50 players in football (Mahomes, Kelce, Hill, Hunt) at offensive skill positions and Watkins is probably somewhere between 50-100.

That is insane. How many offenses could say that historically? Only a few of the all-timers.

This is why we just need some consistently decent play from the defense.

The offense is pretty loaded everywhere.

I mean, you can make the case that they've got the best RT in the game, LDT is a top 5 is RG I'd think and Fisher is decent.

I'm higher on MOrse than a lot of people but the guys last night were pretty good.

I think they have a chance to average 40pts per game. Their schedule lightens up.

We could have easily put 60 on the Bengals, we just slowed up because we didn't need to. We could be the best in NFL history with the remaining schedule but Reid isn't going to go full Belicheck and just keep running up the score.

Historic Production. 4000 Yard QB, 1000 yard Receiver, 1000 yard RB, 1000 yard WR.

If Watkins start producing 70 per game roughly- we could have another 1000 yard WR.

Andy was asked in his presser why he basically gave up a field goal at the end and ran it Vanilla style and he said that "It was the right thing to do."

Classy win to the end. Bungles lost with No Class.

And that was AT Mile High.

It's not really going to happen anywhere else the rest of the season.

Donald and Suh could potentially cause some issues, particularly if the Rams are able to get any type of lead.
