Burger King Thinks Mac N' Cheetos Is Something You Might Eat

Burger King Thinks Mac N' Cheetos Is Something You Might Eat

Burger King is out of control and doesn’t care who it hurts. Being tested in select markets and soon rolling out nationwide, Mac N’ Cheetos are deep-fried macaroni and cheese sticks with Cheetos breading. To put it in old, worn-out meme terms, they heard you liked cheese, so they put cheese in their cheese. Also macaroni. Whatever. They’re basically Burger King’s answer to Taco Bell’s Doritos Locos Tacos, born of a partnership between BK and Frito-Lay. Unlike the Doritos Locos Tacos, which have become a mainstay of Taco Bell’s menu, the Mac N’ Cheetos are a limited release, lasting eight weeks or while supplies last. That should give people plenty of time to make bad decisions. Speaking to Bloomberg, Burger King North American president (how can a king have a president?) Alex Macedo threatens that this will not be the last collaboration between fast food royalty and big snack chip.
“We’re working on a few other menu items,” Macedo said. “There’s room for us to do more together in the future.”
Snacktaku guess this means it will have to go to Burger King for the first time since those hot dogs came out earlier this year.

Meh...If I happened to be at BK and they happened to have them I'd give them a try but I wouldn't go out of my way for them.

It's more about how much I know about BK's food. I'm still trying to pass the Double Whopper I ate back in 1993.

No shit. I don't know what it is about that place but every burger I've ever had there has been cold. And fries suck. The last visit about a year ago was when I got a double whopper meal and it was like $9.80. Lmao. Whatever.

Haven't been back since. I'll just go to five guys if I get a quick burger craving.

Yeah BK's prices these days are pretty much on par with the upper tier fast food and quick service joints, and you can tell by the parking lots and drive thrus at lunch time. They're just better options for the money.

Yep. Hell I discovered a good little Mexican restaurant near my work. I can oder off of their lunch menu for 6.50 and get chips and salsa, beans, rice, enchilada and tamale. And excellent service. . Even with tax and tip it's still cheaper than what I would get at bk?

I tell ya what's good - that hot ass tostada from Taco Bell + onion (and you'd need to specify this when ordering) - very nice value coming in at just over $1.25!

The Steak and Shake value meals are fairly solid - they have on heck of a selection! Very nice burger they have over there. I go there maybe 6 times per year.
