What wins, asshole? Broncos fans can **** right off tonight with their moral lecturing.

And in case you want to reply from your no-pun-intended high horse, I was not the kind of Chiefs fan that expected postseason success this year, and I am not at all about to stop being a fan.

Not a single player is mad enough to have any kind of emotional outburst over this loss. Just another day in their book. They say it hurts, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Andy just shakes his head and heads out for today's third pizza. So thye'll highlight the positives of the year (things like bullshit numbers of these pussies going to the pro bowl), and know, the Hunts at least, that even if nobody shows up, they make at least $30M clean. And Mrs. Chunt made it out of Kansas to Dallas where she can spend a lot of that loot on shoes 'n shit. So she's WAY happy with the status quo....

I think the proper response to that post would be:

"Super Bowl? SUPER BOWL?!?!?! We're just trying to win a playoff game!"

I'd say this part is debatable... And there's not much "we" to this anymore since the and their girlie-ass players are doing all they can to drive away the fans. But they'll get the "stayed calm and didn't do anything" award (again).

I know this, Sporting KC might be selling more seats because of these big, fat, useless, pussy-ass players the have chosen to go to battle with.

This... before the Chiefs were mid field on their last scoring drive... I told my sister that the Chiefs were going to be held to 3 points and the Colts were going to win by 1 point... I was spot on... investing in this team for the past 25 years has been taxing... this team will be .500 at best next year... bank on it...

2-6 the last 8 games.

6 of those games were against decent teams.

Guess which side of the W/L column those 6 games are on?

Funny how an 11-5 season will "finish" off fans, where as a 2-14 season won't.

Like the sport people, don't love it....

My dad has been a Chiefs fan since inception. He has maintained the last 15 years or so that he puts no expectations on the Chiefs, and if they do well he is just pleasantly surprised.

And if we had lost 27-17, I would never have made this thread.

But when you drag the fans in, even cynics like me, by leading 38-10, and THEN break it off in my ass, then it's time to step back. I'm not going to allow myself to be manipulated like that anymore.

So I guess I'm agreeing with your second line.

11-5 was fun. People loved that. 38-10 was fun. People loved that. Giving up a FOUR TOUCHDOWN LEAD in the playoffs is not fun. That's legendary suck. People do not like that.

I understand your frustration, I really do.
I spent all of Sunday questioning why I’m a fan of this team. Is it simply location?
They certainly haven’t rewarded my loyalty with success.

If it helps any, I still don’t have an answer for that.

According to the talking heads it’s the second largest playoff collapse in NFL history.

It is, only the '92 Oilers were worse. I had the "pleasure" of viewing both games in the same room...AWESOME!

Ironic that the Chiefs beat those same Oilers one year later for their last playoff victory...I was at that game in the Astrodome and WHAT A GAME it was, but in no way did I think that it would be the Chiefs last playoff victory for 20 years and counting...
