Why do black people cross the street so slow?
I live in north Scottsdale/PV area which is not diverse. I am the first to admit I don't get inner city. On several recent occasions I've had to drive down town for business. Every time I have, including today, I've had to sit at a light waiting to turn because a black person deliberately walked as slow through the intersection as they could. Other people walked by them at a normal pace but they just sauntered. On one occasion the person looked at my car and actually slowed down even more.
What the hell? Am I imagining this or is this some kind of thing?

Toms River police tell the Asbury Park Press (http://on.app.com/OgFDwL ) 37-year-old Crystal Scholz was not using the crosswalk when she stepped into traffic on Route 37 early Saturday.

A woman had told police she thought she had hit something.

Scholz sustained a laceration and swelling to her head.
