54th St. is really good all around. One of my favorites.
Swagat is great Indian food. Ixtapa for mexican. Hereford House for a fatty steak. Bravo Cucina for Italian.

Try The Gold Buffet. They even have this cool little treasure chest where you can get a fake gold ring with your meal.

When I want to stop somewhere up north, I go to Piropos or Trez Mare off 169. Just a little north of Broadway Bridge/downtown airport. Take Briarcliff Pkwy exit. Left on Briarcliff. Right on N. Mulberry. Piropos is the better of the two.

Swanky? Good yes, but the only place I know close to swanky in downtown Liberty would be Luigi's. But it's been awhile. (That's about an extra 30 min drive from the airport, longitude wise.) I'll be up there in a couple of weeks, where should I go?

There's a good sushi/japanese grill place in Liberty called Masabi. THere's Rock and Run bar/brewery/restaurant downtown liberty. Ginger Sues is downtown, but it's more breakfast/lunch. Conrads in Liberty is pretty decent too, particularly on the bar side.
