Looking to buy an RV
I am at the point in my life where I want to do some camping and relax...

I want to buy a New RV , I want about a 16footer but I want it to be super light.

Looked at scamps and Catista on the internet and really like those and would like to see similar brands to these.

I have a V6 Explorer with the towing package , I am very experienced obviously at pulling very heavy trailers but thats not what I want... Just want something light in the 10k-15k range I can pay cash for.

cooked some blackened boneless chicken breast with some greenbeans and okra and some fried squash for lunch... It blackens chicken and fish well too

Yeah, I think that's the trick. If you have kids it's probably a good investment, but if you're just a couple without pets it's probably not.

Exhaust fan works good but I do mainly run a drop cord and cook on the picnic table...

That, kinda, goes for houses too. I'm not ascared of cooking indoors, but I have an awesome grill for a reason, and the neighbors "LOL" because when it snows I cut a path to my grill before I clear the driveway (then use it). They LOL, but they seem to "shark around" when the grill is doing its thing too. But it's fine, I never cook just enough for the family. I'm "blessed" (to coin a over-used Facebook term!!), so I make more than the family needs and if people don't pop-in (as I've told them is perfectly awesome to do), I send a plate to somebody. I have a neighbor who loves fish, but he's the only one in his family who does, so for the past 12 years when I cook/grill/broil/anything "fish" he gets a delivery and his dog gets "wife dinner." On crab-leg nights, he temp-divorces his family, grabs a sixer, and hangs here until we're all complete victims of the other end of "The Deadliest Catch."

Life is good...
