What did you think they could have done differently with Apocalypse?

And are you not a fan of Fassbender and McAvoy? I think those two are ****ing amazing actors. They're really owning their roles in these movies.

I will say that the Horseman, aside from Magneto, weren't nearly as powerful as they should have been. For the most part, they were getting handled/stalemated by individual X Men.

I don't get why people are so negative about this movie, I thought it was great. Best team up for an end battle that I can remember. Cyclops and Jean were done almost to perfection, Magneto was fantastic with Fassbender turning in his usual great performance, Wolverine's inclusion was great and lasted for just the right amount of time, and Apocalypse's scheme made sense and I liked the way he was played by Oscar Isaac.

Overall I loved this movie, it's the other side of the coin to Days of Future Past, where DoFP merged future and past together really well, this movie merged the present with a really satisfying lead up to future installments with a great young cast. I hope the studio gives Brian Singer one more Xmen movie and doesn't just jump ship like DC is doing because they didn't make a Billion dollars at the box office.

Also I was afraid that I would see Sansa Stark instead of Jean Grey. I saw Sansa, but I heard Jean. Sophie Turner did a really good job, as well as the guy that played Cyclops and the girl that played Storm. Very welcome surprises.

If people don't want spoilers or want spoiler tags then the thread creator should specify the mandatory use of them. Like really you can't make anyone do something you want them to and to berate them for it is wasting your own time in my opinion.

BTW didn't see it, thought it would be bad, read posts on it that confirmed it so I'm good. I wanted to see "spoilers" so I came here.

If it's not specified, people generally assume it's not a spoiler thread. And using [ spoiler] tags to hide stuff before something is released or airs and shortly thereafter to give people time to watch is just common courtesy. Always best to err on the side of caution.
