If crock pot is in play, I like to get the Curley's pulled pork un-sauced, get a bottle of Gates, or Bryant's sweet sauce, or whatever you like, put that in a crock pot for a couple hours, get some egg buns or onion buns (slider sized) and that works pretty well.
Cowboy stew is good too: Ground beef, corn, red beans, sliced potatoes, mushrooms, seasonings....yeah buddy. |
