No Combine thread?

Wake up, shitbags.

Early thoughts: this year's class of OL look great on athleticism, light on raw power.

The only OL whose measurements and bench press stand out as potentially elite was Ereck Flowers. Long arms, ideal size, 37 reps.

A favorite of kccrow's, Sean Hickey, did great on bench but has shorter arms for a tackle.

Ogbuehi continues to look like a tremendously promising prospect. Elite athleticism, as we'll all see soon, and 36" arms!

The kid from Hobart continues to look good. Strong, great size, good arms.

La'el Collins has measured disappointingly. He's barely over 300 lbs, with only-pretty-good 33" arms, and 21 reps. Time will tell on him.

I can honestly say that I don't think there is really a position that I would be super pissed if they drafted. Outside of FB, K or P that is.

Maxx Williams was so clearly the best TE in the drills today. Held his line in the gauntlet, great hands. He's a no brainer in the second round and someone will probably pull the trigger in the first - pays to be #1 at your position.

But, uh... let's not start talking about draft picks until the WR take the field, shall we?

Yeah, I'd be shocked if he got past Seattle

Dane, I thought the same thing about Maxx Williams. Kid has all the tools and he's still growing.

But there's no way he'd be there for our second round pick. So, if we want him, it's gonna have to be at #18......unless we did some wheeling/dealing with some draft picks.

Never seen him play but according to his scouting report on NFL.com, he's lazy and never plays at 100% for an entire game. No effort as a blocker, that's not going to fly with Reid and Co.

So Fisher has bad stigma here because his brother is a flop thusfar but watch his Ohio state game. He had a great game that day. I think he could be a tackle candidate for us.

Jake Fisher is a pretty good tackle prospect. I wouldn't mind drafting him to be honest. He seems to have very good functional strength and handled top edge rushing prospects as well as any OT in college football could.

Everybody hates Fisher because he wasn't strong enough but the other Fisher who has the same problems is okay?

I wouldn't touch him until our 3rd rd comp pick honestly. I want playmakers from day one with our first 3 picks, not developmental players.
