No Combine thread?

Wake up, shitbags.

Early thoughts: this year's class of OL look great on athleticism, light on raw power.

The only OL whose measurements and bench press stand out as potentially elite was Ereck Flowers. Long arms, ideal size, 37 reps.

A favorite of kccrow's, Sean Hickey, did great on bench but has shorter arms for a tackle.

Ogbuehi continues to look like a tremendously promising prospect. Elite athleticism, as we'll all see soon, and 36" arms!

The kid from Hobart continues to look good. Strong, great size, good arms.

La'el Collins has measured disappointingly. He's barely over 300 lbs, with only-pretty-good 33" arms, and 21 reps. Time will tell on him.

Sean Mannion is a 6'6" QB with 9" hands...

Anybody know anything about the QB from Prairie View A&M? Huge kid, 6'5", 250 lbs, 10.5" hands.

Round of applause for Justin Hardy's 10" hands, despite being 5'10".

Lockette came in very small... 5'10", 186, and 8" hands. He could fall into the midrounds... great value.

Tevin Coleman is going to lose ground to Jay Ajayi... Coleman is surprisingly slight, not even 210 lbs, meanwhile Ajayi is 220 easy and has 10" hands to Coleman's 8" hands.

Could explain why he holds some kind of record all time for WRs in think its receptions?

Hope he is a chief next year

Nick Boyle should continue rocketing up charts.

6'4", 270 lbs, 33+" arms, 10+" hands, and 20 reps on the bench, which is alright.

What's everybody's opinion on Florida OT Trent Brown?

6'8", 355 lbs, 36" arms. Only put up 20 reps, but those are some long-ass arms.

I do not see why he is not rated higher, could be he is short and the fact he played at EC.

How about of EC QB Shane Carden these two players had a good run in college, they piled up the Stats book.

Still like the chiefs to pick up Hardy he broke the record for career receptions avg 11 yards per catch but he is not in the top ten WRs for the draft ?

He is on some boards. He's at about 11 or 12 for me at present moment.

My big hang ups you just mentioned. He didn't play well against his best competition, but it's possible that changes when he's got NFL caliber teammates.

The 2015 Combine - new and improved with accurate 40 times.

Cool little tidbit. I had no idea the unofficial times were all from Casserly sitting in the stands.

gbnreport.com

Combine to introduce live timing … Long-time combine watchers will notice one huge change in the way the 40 is presented when the offensive linemen start lumbering down the straightaway tomorrow. As reported by this CBS Sports article, in recent years every player was actually credited with two 40-times. The first was an unofficial time that was posted immediately after each run and was a hand-timed clocking made by former NFL exec Charlie Casserley who was actually just sitting in the stands. Then after everyone in a group had completed both their runs, electronic times, which were deemed as official, were released collectively by combine officials. The problem was that the initial hand clockings tended to be up to a tenth or more slower than the so-called official electronic time and needless to say led to a certain amount of confusion, especially because news agencies tended to jump on really good initial times, which then would be factored lower later on. Starting this year, though, the NFL network will be showing real time 40 clocking, including things like the 10-yard splits, which many teams in fact consider to be more valuable for positions like the offensive linemen than the full 40 time. Should be interesting.
