If it completely ruptured and tore off then moving it doesnt hurt because there's nothing connected to stretch and pull.

I completely tore my pec from my humerus a few years ago. There was very little pain. I felt/heard a pop similar to the way silly putty will snap if you rip it apart quickly. At the same time there was a kind of electric tingle that shot through my arm. There wasnt much pain at all...just stinging at the old connection point on my arm. There was, however, massive bruising. My entire arm below my mid bicep turned black, all the way to mu wrist.

What is up with the achilles injuries on this team? I can only think of 1 other achilles injury on other teams. Hydration? Stretch?
