Every potential Super Bowl LI matchup, ranked from least to most likely

http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/...FgT?li=BBnba9I

****ing slideshows.

11. CHIEFS-SEAHAWKS

Two of the league’s best defenses meeting would be similar to last year’s showdown between the Panthers and Broncos. It’s not likely, though, despite the mantra that “defense wins championships.”

8. CHIEFS-PACKERS

Nine weeks ago, no one would have thought it’d be possible for this Super Bowl matchup to happen. Now, it’s far from impossible. Both teams are well deserving of trips to the big game, they’ll just need to play their best football against the best teams in their respective conferences.

5. CHIEFS-FALCONS

Meh, not the most exciting matchup, but don’t be surprised to see it happen. Both teams are much better than they’re getting credit for, and they could shock everyone by making it to Houston. Their paths aren’t exactly absent of hurdles, but I can easily see a Chiefs-Falcons Super Bowl.

3. CHIEFS-COWBOYS

The Chiefs, not the Steelers, will be the Patriots’ toughest opponent – assuming they get past Pittsburgh this week. Kansas City is a much better team than it gets credit for, and meeting the Cowboys in Houston remains a good possibility. Their path to the Super Bowl is difficult, but you have to beat the best to be the best.

#1 is a garbage Patriots-Cowboys SB.

Yep-which will be the Chiefs!

We know how much the Texans hate the ****ing Pats-and going in there 15 point dogs should give them enough motivation not to lay down like the little bitches they are. I hope they at least soften the cheating Pats up for us a little.

Geez. The number 1 seed in each conference is the number 1 seed. Way to go out on a limb there.

It's probability. The Pats and Cowboys are good teams, healthy, have HFA, and the Pats have close to another bye week this week against Houston. What do you think the "most likely" SB matchup is?

Patriots would need to puke on their own shoes in epic fashion to lose to the Texans. They're just not a good team. Very good defense, but not really "totally dominate the line of scrimmage" type DLine, and zero offense, on teh road, isn't a recipe for success.

I agree that the Pats are the most likely from the AFC. But I'm not sold on the Cowgirls. I think there is a good chance that they lose tomorrow. My my lost likely team from the NFC is the Packers.
So my most likely is Green Bay vs New England. But frankly, KC has about as good of a chance as anybody.

They still have to go out there and bang heads against Cushing and Clowney. That's far from a bye week.

I'll be praying for two things, unlikely as they might be...

1) Brady getting knocked out of the game early

2) a couple fluke turnovers that turn into 14 Texan points

Talk about no respect. The Falcons will be the NFC champ.

I do believe you're right... the Cowboys, Packers, or Seahawks defenses would be hard pressed to contain them

I am not a betting man, but if I were, I would take the Patriots and give the points.
