Batman sequel 'Rises' again

LOS ANGELES - THE next Batman sequel has a title: The Dark Knight Rises. Distributor Warner Bros. confirmed the name for director Christopher Nolan's third adventure about the DC Comics vigilante hero, which follows Batman Begins in 2005 and The Dark Knight in 2008.

The Dark Knight Rises is due in theaters July 20, 2012. Bucking Hollywood's current wave of 3-D movies, Nolan is not planning to shoot the film in 3-D.

Warner Bros had agreed with Nolan's argument that the sequel should resist the 3-D craze, the director told the Los Angeles Times' Hero Complex blog, which first reported the title.

Nolan would not reveal what villain might appear in The Dark Knight Rises, but he said it would not be the Riddler, one of the key bad guys in the comics and past film and TV Batman tales.

Earlier this year, Nolan said he would not resurrect the Joker, the cackling villain played by Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. Ledger won the supporting-actor Academy Award for the role, a year after he died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. -- AP

It's not the powers they ****ed up on it's his human side or boy scout persona they need to adjust.

I'm talking about "Dark" Superman, but a Clark Kent and Supes that the audience can relate with. Everyone hates the teacher's pet and the goody two shoes types. With Superman they need to instill a human conflict in both Clark and Supes that normalizes him instead of geeking or making him Mr. Perfect ( non-WWF).

Having seen a couple of trailers in the theater with excellent sound systems, I'm concerned I won't be able to make out a goddamn thing Bane says.

"Alledgedly", Warners mandated that Nolan change the sound edit on Banes voice after that IMAX preview around Christmas.

His voice sounds clearer in the newer trailers.

His voice is 100x clearer. In the original IMAX trailer, he was gutteral and almost computerized (he sounded like a painful cross of Number Five and WOPR). Now, his voice is just deep and resonant.

Looks pretty brolic again for the Bane role.

Probably shot Warrior before Batman.

His body does Yo Yo alot, like a young DeNiro.

Check him out in Star Trek Nemesis as the main villian. I didnt even realize it was him until a few months ago.
