On my list, but haven't gotten to it yet. Starting to find I have less patience for slow starts, and I just don't have a lot of time anymore.

I got through the pilot, but I haven't been able to get myself to watch beyond that yet. It was very, very slow.

I hope it gets picked up for a second season, but it hasn't been renewed yet.

I'm fine with character driven over plot or action driven (generally prefer it in fact) but the pilot felt ten or fifteen minutes too long. I'll get to the second episode eventually. I will say that none of the social commentary or focus on non-traditional lifestyles really bothered me at all - I'm supportive of alternative lifestyles even if I don't live them myself.

I thought you must not have seen Game of Thrones, but I looked it up and the GoT intro is only 1:40.

I liked this show a lot at first. Then there was just way too much gay sex in it to keep me watching.

I do like that they reliably make it the first part of the show. House of Cards varies it where sometimes they start with a scene then do the credits and other times they start with just the credits. That makes me nuts.

Yeah. There's a lot, and it's pretty explicit. They also seem to like showing Wolfgang's flaccid penis.

It is ok, starts off really slow, has some really gay scenes. But it gets better near the end. Season 2 should start off with a bang now that all the stories are laid out.
