Anybody catch the video of Pioli using F-bombs while talking to Schiano

You can definitely make out a couple. At one point it looks like he says "mother ****ing cock sucker" and then something like "all the ****ing power".

It's a double standard, then.

He was on camera.

Todd Haley did stuff like that and it ultimately got him fired.

I still believe that it wasn't personnel, but ego that ruined PioLLLLLi. As I've said before, I believe this is a very good team if they had a real QB and a solid head coach. We don't have either of those things purely because of our GM's ego. I still believe that if he stuck with Haley and drafted a first day QB in 2010, 2011, hell even 2012, this would be a very good football team.
More PioLLLLLi gravelling.

2009 was an EPIC disaster. PioLLLLLi had an opportunity at #3 overall to draft a game changing player and instead, took a bozo. He had an opportunity in free agency to bring in solid players and instead brought in Mike Goof, Amani Toomer, Zach Thomas, etc. and so on.

In 2010, he overdrafted McCluster, Arenas and Moeaki. He missed opportunities to select guys like Daryl Washington, Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez and more.

In 2011, he chose Baldwin because Belichick told him that "Baldwin and A.J. Green were the same guy". He took Hudson because he missed out on Pouncey the year before but made him sit a year in favor of Weigmann, who got his shit pushed in all year. Dalton should have been the choice.

In 2012, he didn't have the balls to trade for Griffin or Tannehill and now both are playing at an extremely high level. His #11 overall selection isn't starting nor seeing much playing time and his 3rd-7th rounders haven't seen active duty. He ****ed up by signing Winston, a guy that can run block but can't pass protect, and allowed him to be the mouthpiece of the organization.

But yeah, sure, if PioLLLLLi had only hired a competent head coach and drafted a QB...

He's an incompetent moron. Plain and simple.

I don't care if he swears. I don't care if he gets angry with fans who say rude things to him.

I do care when he's a f-bomb prick to staff, media and the very fans that fund his manicures. I care when he puts together a shit coaching staff and a shit quarterback putting a pile of crap on the field large enough to stink out a town in western Kansas.

Let's not revise history. PioLLLLLi deserved time because he inherited a bad roster (no... 10 players does NOT make a good roster) and he was building a 3-4 and deserved at least some time to bring that personnel in. And while it's fun and convenient to single me out, the fact is that this board as a whole was generally excited about the Weis and Romeo hirings. Whitlock's "egoli" article was peppered with CP members telling Whitlock he was a jealous prick.

What you are talking about are things most of us learned 2 years after PioLLLLLi had a chance to build his thing, and we learned that he had no idea what he was doing. We didn't know his blind loyalty to one QB, until he started passing on QBs in the draft year after year. We didn't know his ridiculous micromanagement style until the Haley shit went down. Any of you who claim you knew are lying out of your ass.

But let's not make up this laughable story that everybody on this board knew from the start PioLLLLLi was going to be a **** up. Most were excited about what he had in store for the 2010 season.

He had a bad roster, so that's the excuse you serve up when he drafted poorly, didn't have a backup plan at QB, and hired a nutjob he couldn't live with as a coach? What's the excuse for the best players on this team having already been here before he got here?

Also, nobody was excited that he hired Crennel, while we're on the subject of revising history.

Really cannot go with you on this one, Baldwin has not had a QB to throw him the ball since he has been in KC. Give Baldwin a Tom Brady for a game or two or three and then let's see what his production level looks like.

I am not making excuses for Pioli. I am saying I gave him 2 years to build his team, and once he proved what he was doing wasn't working, I've been mostly consistent in criticizing him.

I don't know how you can apologize for a guy you criticize. That doesn't make any sense.

And why you choose to single me out, I don't know. The majority of the board liked Pioli after the RAC/Weis hiring.

Why didn't Dwayne Bowe, another former first round pick, have issues with Damon Huard, Brodie Croyle or Tyler Thigpen his first two years?

Furthermore, Bowe has been a 1,000 yard receiver with Matt CasseLLLLL, so your excuse doesn't fly.

His route running is poor, his ball awareness is poor and his hands have been substandard. Add that to missing part of training camp and the first five games of last season (Diva!) and you're looking at a potential bust.

He was clearly a bad choice, especially when Andy Dalton was still sitting there at #26.
