SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS

Is the forehead finally done?

Watching this game today... looks worse than the Super Bowl against Seattle for Peyton. His line is lackluster, inaccurate downfield, getting hit very often, forcing bad decisions.

I believe we have seen the day. Manning has become human. And in turn, I am making what will likely become a popular prediction this week.

Chiefs beat Denver, somewhat handily at Arrowhead.

We will know for certain Thursday night. My feeling on the season completely depends on that game.

I couldn't help but have that Indy playoff game feeling today and it pissed me off.

My certainty will be when we play in the cold in Denver. I get it, but I don't. I can see that the sky is blue. Ijs

Manning's been in the league so long he's beat everyone..he's 11-1 against the Ravens.

He caves to pressure, and his game now is the short to midrange throws....get after him and disrupt the timing of the WR's.

Like Brock said, they're beatable. Heck, when did they score a TD in their home opener?

To be fair, we did let off the gas, and the points stopped rolling in, but there were these passes thrown deep down the field to Maclin.

I was like what is this arena shit?

All BS aside, that is a reason for optimism. The field is already being stretched a little more. Could be huge down the line.

I want to believe the same thing after watching yesterday's game but that son-of-a-bitch tenhead has OWNED us like little bitches, 13-1 against us.

We gotta think he will be up to the challenge.

Manning is done! His deep balls he overthrows receivers and his short passes are at the feet. Plus his O line might be as bad as the Chiefs last year. Houston is gonna rape Manning this Thursday night and oh yea Manning say hello to your worst nightmare in Bailey! Hali can get in on the action as well

Anyone else notice Manning was wearing a glove on his throwing hand? Compensating for what? The cold? Thought it quite odd and looks like it means something has changed pretty significantly for him to do this so late in his career.

He said he had no feeling in his finger tips. My guess he has to wear the glove to help with his grip on the ball. Even with the glove there was times the ball still came out of his hand funny yesterday.

As others have said, that Denver defense is legit. Those guys lay some freaking wood when they hit. Not sure if Manning is done. He can still pick apart a defense if given time, but he definitely looks more human than in the past.

Manning obviously has taken a step back, but the guy isn't dumb either. With that D, look for a lot of running from Anderson and play action. This is not going to be a walk in the park.

Chances the Mods delete or lock these kind of threads IF Manning houses Reid and Co again in Arrowhead?

Friday morning could be a huge celebration or a historic meltdown...

It has potential to be more fun than the game itself.
