Anyone else dig Anthony Bordain - Parts Unknown
First off, I think the producer makes the show. Music, plot...etc. I really enjoy the show and I consider myself somewhat a foodie but the stories are what get me. He's somewhat a cocky ass but cool at the same time and always gets a good interview from some cool ass people.

One of the better shows on TV in my humble opinion.

He's alright, I don't think I've watched one full episode of his. I did watch the Kansas City when he went to a Chief tailgate.

I've seen atleast 80% of his shows between Travel and CNN.

Zimmern goes to many of the same places, but he just isn't as interesting while doing it... Bourdain has that world weary edge to him that helps inform his opinion.

My favorite episode might be where he hangs out with Josh Homme in his desert hideaway... you get eccentric local culture, kitchen cooked food, music and musings on what makes the desert so conducive to making rock music.
