Go on Record: Predict the Punishment for Deflategate

So we've all talked about what we think the punishment will be for Deflategate. What do you think WILL be the punishment? Will the Kraft/Goodell relationship come to fruition? Will the be pounded as multiple offenders? Will they get the Saints treatment?

My official prediction: Brady gets a $500,000 fine. Belichick gets $250,000. Loss of a fifth round draft pick for the organization.

VARSITY
2 games suspension for Brady.
Small fine for organization.

Don't see how they can lose a pick since Belicheat and ownership weren't involved.

What they will probably get: The apology from the league they were demanding.

Oh really?

Here's the rest of my link from the article on Brady's agent. Guess it's not a waste of time to some others and who think similarly.
A fight is brewing. This deserves a fight.

“The investigators’ assumptions and inferences are easily debunked or subject to multiple interpretations,” Yee says.

“Much of the report’s vulnerabilities are buried in the footnotes, which is a common legal writing tactic.

It is a sad day for the league as it has abdicated the resolution of football-specific issues to people who don’t understand the context or culture of the sport. I was physically present for my client’s interview. I have verbatim notes of the interview. Tom made himself available for nearly an entire day and patiently answered every question. It was clear to me the investigators had limited understanding of professional football. For reasons unknown, the Wells report omitted nearly all of Tom’s testimony, most of which was critical because it would have provided this report with the context that it lacks. Mr. Wells promised back in January to share the results of this investigation publicly, so why not follow through and make public all of the information gathered and let the public draw its own conclusions? This report contains significant and tragic flaws, and it is common knowledge in the legal industry that reports like this generally are written for the benefit of the purchaser.”
Quote:
Yee’s statement strongly suggests that Brady is ready for a fight. With the NFL considering a suspension, a fight between the league and one of its biggest stars appears unavoidable.
Bring it on Tommy!

I think the NFL should force Brady to play with a 10 lb ball for the first eight games in 2015.

Brady will have his dick scalded by the NFL. Of course it'll be scalded during the process of having it bronzed.

Well, the equipment guy who manipulated the balls was going to give Tom watermelons, 'cause his feelings were hurt from being lambasted by Tom in an earlier game for the balls being too big.

Heh. So you accept this is true, but deny Tom had any involvement?

Also, Tom is such a douchebag that people on his own team hate him.

This is what you said I am contending:

You want BB fined but he was cleared, even by Wells.
You want the organization punished, though it was cleared as well as Kraft.

None of that has to do with plausible deniability.

If you haven't read even just part of the actual report, then you're not even answering to the actual charges in it, never mind if there are any real ones regarding Brady. Not only that, but you even REFUSE to read it. People call me the dumbass? What's that?

By all means, let the media shape your opinion.
Read the damned OP. This is my PREDICTION. It has nothing to do with what I want. The plausible deniability thing is justification for my PREDICTION. This isn't a Patriots bashing thread. This is merely what I think will happen. If you disagree, fine, but that's what I think. You're not going to convince me to change my PREDICTION.

Does anyone really think that the NFL would prevent Tom Brady from playing in their big Thursday Night Kickoff Game against Pittsburgh?

The NFL and NBC won't allow that to happen.

Buehler, did Mr Brady give you the okay to have your own PREDICTION? If not, then you obviously have no right to your own PREDICTION. Shame on you. You should know that Tom Brady makes the rules by which we all should live.

Yup, Buehler is playing with fire in efforts to posit his own PREDICTION. Kinda wish he'd just simmer down and let others think and speak for him. Guy has big brass ones.
