Lamb roast
A friend gave me 2 lamb roasts and I want to cook it in the masterbilt at 225 to 150 degrees... any tips on what to rub it with?

Roasted my brussel sprouts with bacon, olive oil, salt and pepper. And found an interesting recipe which added some maple syrup, and the roast them in the oven. It was damn good.. they basically carmelized some as well as getting covered in bacon grease.

True, damn near anything would be good then..
