Seems to me white flour and rice is less processed than ICBINB since all they've done is removed the hull and bran, but WTF do I know? |

Again, I never said I followed natural 100%, but as a lump sum total I probably do more than not or more than most average people. Besides grains are more commonly used in a diet than a few squirts of a butter spray made from the same thing as butter on occasion. So it's a matter of degree and what it is to me. I assure you there are some preservatives or processed items in a few other things I eat too. Lastly, I believe in metabolic typing and individual health concerns as factors. |

Wanna know what's in some low fat yogurts? This is what's on one from Publix that my SO bought:
Modified corn starch, carrageenan ( this is fine it's just a thickener) and Vitamin A palmitate—a synthetic isolate that is simply added to milk and other dairy products to ‘fortify’ them. There are many self-described low-fat foods that use corn as a filler. |

As always the nasty snarky fish arrives to add civility to the discussion.
How many experts in nutrition keep changing their findings over time, and how many disagree with each other? It's not uncommon. I put something up from Harvard medical. I see you have nothing to add besides your usual ad homs. |
