If I'm Manning, I retire now.

I wouldn't wanna play anymore if it's gonna be at a level I'm not accustomed to playing. Much respect though. Great career. But father time is undefeated.

He absolutely does not have the highest QB rating in history.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Not the defense, not other people's turnovers, HIS mistakes have lead to numerous losses.

He's terrible. IIRC there was a very dog-$#it Dolphins offense that beat him like 44-7 one year. And that game he $3it his pants. He was horrid.

HE WAS TURRIBLE.

He's a ****ing choker.

The only time he won a SB the ****ing Colts ran the ball like crazy and he faced Rex Grossman in the rain...

And the Colts defense was tough that year, and kinda carrried them through the playoffs.

Peyton Manning.

You're one of the guys who gives all of Russell's postseason credit to the defense and Marshawn Lynch.

You know what Russell is doing right now?

EXACTLY WHAT TOM BRADY DID DURING THEIR 3 SUPER BOWLS IN 4 YEAR SPYGATE RUN. (Minus the spygate).

So yeah.
In their prime

Brady or Manning

Not today

QBR is so flawed in many ways.

Well, yeah.

Only it was ****ing terrible the whole year. That defense was the worst in the league vs. the run and like no 15 vs. the pass.

That defense was TERRAH-BAD and they still leaned on it and the running game over letting 5head throw the ball...

Always Brady.

Brady was very Alex Smith his first 3 years but hit his stride after that and was just magic.

Regular season, post season, didn't matter after year 3...

I wouldn't hang it up until the Chiefs, Chargers or Raiders prove they're not just a mediocre joke.

I suppose it would be nice if QB ratings won games and not those pesky point things.

since the started recording QBR in 2006, he has the highest postseason QBR with a minimum of say, 150 attempts. Maybe even without the minimum.

Brady was never Alex Smith

but let's pretend he was

so when Brady was Alex Smith he won 3 Super Bowls (aided by Spygate)

since then

there is absolutely no difference between postseason Brady and postseason Manning other than Manning having 1 Super Bowl win to Brady's 0 and Manning is 2-0 against Brady in the playoffs

real strong argument

Brady did very little his first two years starting other than hand off to a very $#itty HB.

Antowain Smith might have been the least talented HB to ever win a ring. They still slammed him up the gut for two years until Brady earned his wings.

He was a game manager for 2 years while that Pat's D shined.

And I'm not slamming that - hell, that's the perfect situation to groom a QB in my mind - but he didn't do much more than Big Ben his first SB...

That's complete BS.

It's a ****ing night and day difference.

Hell, Brady has to be close the the most WINS in post season history...
